Our factory is equipped with two vibrating screens, which can further screen the processed raw materials and improve the cleanliness of raw materials. Some of the raw materials are mixed with brass products. After processing by air flow sorting machine, plastic and copper/brass can be separated. Brass and copper can be separated by copper end vibrating screen. Some of the raw materials contain fine copper wire, which is partially mixed with plastic particles in the air flow separator due to high pressure air flow. A portion of this copper grain can be recovered by screening it with a plastic-end vibrating screen.
