Aluminum Plastic Sorting Recycling Equipment
Our Aluminum Plastic Separation Machine Medical Blister Separator can be used for recycling all kinds of aluminum and plastic composite such as medical blister, aluminum plastic plate, aluminum plastic foil, and aluminum plastic package bags etc.
Structural feature:
1. The equipment uses the PLC automation programming control and man-machine interface touch screen control with the automatic alarm function with regard to faults.
2. The whole assembly line uses the broken, crushed and dry physical mechanical dissociation and sorting with static sorting, the recovery rate of metals and plastics can reach up to more than 99%, and aluminum can directly cast aluminum ingots or make aerated aluminum pastes of steamed tiles and plastic particles.
3. Use the simple bag or pulse to remove dust in the production line to purity the working environment.
4. The automation control system simplifies the operation procedures and the entire assembly only needs 1 to 2 people.
5. Do not burn and soak with chemical solution, which is in line with requirements for environmental protection.
Scope of application:
It is mainly used for waste materials of aluminum plastic composite panels, aluminum plastic ceilings, leftover bits and pieces of aluminum plastic decorative plates, aluminum plastic leftover bits and pieces in the production process of aluminum plastic plates, punching materials, sawdust and discarded materials of a large number of aluminum plastic composite panels in society, decompose and recover aluminum and PE/PVC plastics of substrates to achieve the purpose of the re-use of aluminum and plastics.
